Ungur & Huang is wife-and-husband artist duo Livia Ungur and Sherng-Lee Huang. They work primarily in video, as well as sculpture, installation, and performance. Livia was born in Romania and came to America to study art; Sherng-Lee was born and raised in Tennessee. They live and work in Berlin, Germany.

The duo weaves together autobiography; fiction; documentary; and digressions into history and pop culture—often within a single work. Their playful, often fantastical narratives follow the migration of ideas, images, and individuals across political and cultural borders.

Exhibitions include: Berlin International Film Festival, Modern Museum of Art, National Gallery of Art, MUBI, Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, National Library of Argentina, Wende Museum, Knoxville Museum of Art, Des Moines Art Center, Open Space Arts Centre, Hudson Valley MOCA, Spool Contemporary Art Space, Hot Docs, Ann Arbor Film Festival, and Black Maria Film Festival. They were included in Filmmaker Magazine's "25 New Faces of Independent Film 2016."
